Armani Watches
Giorgio Armani, born July 11, 1934, is an Italian fashion designer, mainly by prominent man’s clothes. He formed his own company in 1974 and 2006, Forbes magazine deemed as the most successful designer out of Italy, with an estimated fortune of 4,100 million dollars.
Giorgio Armani was born in Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna. His first hobby was photography, before completing his military service in 1957, then worked in a department store called “La Rinascente,” as a designer of window displays. From 1961 to 1970, worked as a designer in the fashion house Nino Cerruti, by abandoning this firm, was established in an independent manner. In 1974 he founded the company Armani with his partner Sergio Galeotti devoted to male fashion, introducing a year later the female line. His sister Rosanna Armani also subsequently joined the company, Galeotti died of AIDS in 1985.
Giorgio Armani has dressed assiduously to large Hollywood stars, both within the films, and outside the screens and especially for big ceremonies like rendition of the Oscar Awards. It is also a big fan of football and sport in general, declared to be a follower of Inter Milan.
Emporio Armani is a brand of Giorgio Armani. Is a kind of store where he sells clothes ready to use (ready to wear), sunglasses, perfumes, accessories and watches. This mark in specific points to younger buyers, offering less expensive items and in series production. This line is considered a “bridge line” because it offers products from the end of it as expensive Armani Exchange or Armani Jeans but not as expensive as Giorgio Armani and Armani Collezioni ‘black label’.
